Beginning Stages

In just a matter of weeks the girls will be through with school. That's hard to believe but it's fast approaching. I decided months ago that for Lela's class I would make small throw quilts for the teachers. This morning I spent the day painting hands and placing them on muslin that would make up the center of the quilts. I decided to do a bee theme with flowers because Miss Josie like bees. Here is my inital picture of the panels. I will definitely keep you posted on it.
