Time Frame?

Today would be a great day to get stuff around the house done. Why? Because I'm waiting for the repair man to show up to fix my oven. Yesterday when I went to preheat it wouldn't preheat. Go figure? The oven is officially dead. I keep checking hoping that by some miracle it will come on, but it's not. So, I'm waiting for a repair man to show up sometime today. I was given the window of somewhere between 8:00 and 5:00. What kind of time frame is that? They just need to say he'll be there tomorrow at some point. I'm willing to bet that I don't see him before 4:00.
