parrrrrttttty!

yes, we had a party this morning at jumpin' jellybeans for lacey. finally, she had a real birthday party with her buddies. she was so excited! and boy did she have a blast! i'm exhausted as i'm writing and so wishing for a nap. the house is completely quiet. the girls went to aunt kim's straight after the party, so i truly wish i could take advantage of the fact we have a house with no children. but as you might have guessed there is always something going on and today is no exception. later this evening, we are headed to kevin's 20th high school reunion. yippee! (yes, that is sarcasm you sense.) i'm sure it will be fun, well at least from the perspective that i'm sure i'll have something to blog about tomorrow. i always enjoy that....
