first fruits

i'm absolutely so excited! yesterday, i bought two blueberry bushes for the garden with the hopes of having homegrown delicious blueberries come june. i keep thinking of all the wonderful things we will be able to make with them in the coming months. this morning we started working in the garden and they were the very first thing to be planted this year. the girls had so much fun "playing in the dirt." they even found a worm to torment....poor worm.
