finally....it's friday!

yeah! i'm so glad it's friday. talk about a long week. the weather is actually starting to feel like fall and there are some signs of the leaves starting to turn. kevin is gearing up for his first georgia football game of the season tomorrow in athens and i'm heading to my fall jazzercise district meeting. woo hoo! i so hate meetings! especially ones that last all day long which this will mostly definitely will and does. the girls will be leaving in a little while to head up to mom's to spend the night, so she can watch the girls for me tomorrow.

my weekend is pretty jammed packed because come sunday morning i'm leaving to go on an overnight hiking trip to the len foote hike inn in north georgia. i'm so excited to be going with some close friends of mine and to have the opportunity to just commune with nature. it's a much need break from the hustle and bustle even though it will be a quick one at that. i just bought this awesome book, so i'm hoping a for a little down to enjoy myself and catch up on some reading.
