Pam had a hat.
Pam ran up. Pam ran down.
Dan ran up. Dan ran down.
Dan got the hat!
Go Dan! Go Pam!
1. How does Pam lose her hat?
2. What does Pam do after she loses her har?
3. How does Dan help Pam?
i'll post the answers tomorrow, but i would love to hear from you and what you think. good luck. (i honestly hope none of you get it and if you do, you better tell me how you figured it out.)

Well I think you don't have enough information to answer those questions. Maybe you are just supposed to make up stuff. Let us all know cause I'm interested!
That seems tricky. I have to wonder if Laura is correct, we don't have enough information.
Below are my guesses. Wonder if they are too obvious.
1. We do not know how Pam lost her hat. She does not have it when the story begins.
2. After Pam loses her hat she runs up and down.
3. Dan helps Pam by getting her hat for her.
The wind caught the hat... Pam went for it...Dan tries to help...and then gets it. Now Pam is running after Dan? I assume there was a picture with this one :)
1.Obviously, at some point, not currently, Pam "posessed" a hat in the beggining. (Pam had a hat)
2.For whatever reason Pam & Dan ran up and down the hill.(Pam ran up. Pam ran down) (Dan ran up. Dan ran down)
3. Then apparently Dan ran faster than Pam and got to the hat first. (Dan got the Hat!)
So my assumption, based on the "vague" facts presented is: Pam had a hat but for some reason lost it. So Pam & Dan raced back to get it up and down the hill. Dan apparently ran faster and got to it first. In the END it should have said Go Dan, Sorry Pam...HAHAHA
