school lunch?

are you kidding me? lela is so excited about starting first grade and getting to eat in the cafeteria that it's not even funny. her enthusiasm is contagious. she is bouncing off the walls with excitement at the thought of eating lunch at school. today, i printed off the upcoming school menu and she read the entire thing at least twice. i've already been informed of what she will be eating for just about the entire month of august. when i made the comment that she could also bring her lunch from home, she looked at me and said "why do I want to do that?"
